Return of goods
How many days can I return the goods?
You can return purchased goods within 14 days of delivery. The goods must be in their original packaging, undamaged and must not show signs of use.
How should I proceed when returning goods?
Fill out the Withdrawal Form and attach it to the goods to be returned. You can return the goods in the following ways:

- In person at our warehouse at Komárnická 14 in Bratislava. The return time must be agreed in advance.
How and when will my money be refunded?
Your money will be refunded to you in the same way you paid. Depending on our workload, we try to refund your money within a week at the latest, sometimes even within one day.
Do I pay for returning the goods?
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
What if I received damaged or faulty goods?
Contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange an exchange or return of the goods.
