How long does delivery take? If there is a delivery time?

This depends on the chosen carrier. If you choose DPD courier, we will deliver the goods to you within 1-2 working days. If you choose Packet, the delivery time is 1-3 working days.

Can you deliver the goods to me by tomorrow?

If the following conditions are met, then yes:

  1. The website states that the goods are in stock.
  2. We will receive payment for the goods today by 11:00 a.m. In the case of cash on delivery, you only need to pay upon delivery.
  3. You choose DPD courier
  4. Today and tomorrow are working days.
  5. There will be no unexpected failure on the part of the DPD courier.

If I order the goods today, can I pick them up in person today?

Usually yes. However, please contact us in advance to arrange a pick-up time.

Do you also have a brick-and-mortar store?

No, but our warehouse is physically located in Bratislava at Komárnická 14. By agreement, it is possible to come and view the goods or pick them up in person.
